An eyebrow pencil that highlights and gives eyebrows natural fullness and thickness. Does not give a waxy effect. The pencil applies easily and evenly.

Usage: 1. With light, quick and short strokes, start defining the eyebrow from the outer corner towards the inner. 2. Fill in sparse areas of the eyebrow, highlight the eyebrow line. 3. Comb the eyebrow with a brush to even out its color and give it a natural and integrated look.
