Contains Fernblock®+, an extract of Polypodium leucotomos fern leaves, and other natural ingredients, including antioxidant vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, helps maintain bone and tooth health, and promotes normal immune system function. Niacin helps maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes. Gluten-free, lactose-free. Food supplement with sweetener.

Usage: Adults 1 capsule daily orally. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
